Set up sealer, shrink roll, and heat gun for sealing. Adjust sealing heat to a temperature that allows a smooth seal and excess film should be easily removed.
Seal the open end of the shrink roll with the sealing bar and remove the excess film.
Insert the iPhone box into the corner of the first seal. This leaves two sides that still need to be sealed.
Seal the opposite side of the first seal approximately one half inch from the iPhone box.
Seal the last unsealed side of the iPhone box.
Notice once all open sides are sealed, there is plenty of excess film around the iPhone box.
Apply low heat to the film constantly keeping the gun moving and approximately 6-10 inches away from the film. With low heat settings and constant moving of the heat gun, the iPhone will not be harmed.
The finished shrink wrapped product should be wrinkle free, high gloss, and should fit snug to the box.
